As part of my New Years resolution plan..

So I wanted to create something new as part of my NYR plan.. So for the first month, I decided to cheat a little to get me started on things.. Here comes.. The pudding made from Daiso packet +400ml of milk

made the caramel thingy with bit of hot water mix it all up together and voila~

 drizzle~

I had fun with it coz the jello response when I play around with it is pretty fun heheheh



I got the mould actually when mom ta-pau-ed some dinner from Crystal Jade and the big pudding comes from the rice plastic bowl I found really nice and pretty..

The small one comes about because of a used-jelly-plastic container I once ate and cleaned.

So far the texture is alright, feels decent, smooth and all.. but on the tongue is a bit curdy (still) to my taste. My perfect Japanese egg pudding would have to be the Puchin-Purin for their manufactured-but-smooth-jellylike pudding texture.
can only get in Japan in their convenient store.. any Japanese out there.. please buy some and mail it to mee~!!

As for taste-wise, really similar and close to this Puchin-Purin brand. I love how the pudding is not so sweet but the thick caramel sauce made up for the sweetness as well as a hint of coffee/bitter taste of burnt caramel in it. Really nice. In comparison, the Puchin-Purin brand is allll so sweeet. Pudding is sweeter but caramel less sweet (it's perfect in my eyes haha)

My mom tasted it and she liked it, dad tried and his comment: "ini apa nih yg manis2? Mestinya pake gula jawa ya lebih enak ntar lain kali kamu bikin, papi bikinin sos yg dari gula jawa aja ya?" ^_^;;

New Year Has Come!! Happy New Year 2013!!

Hola everybody!! Happy New Year 2013!! I hope you enjoyed your new year celebration, as I did. Although there were some frustrating time, it helped me grow to the better Me. XD

In this occation, I wanted to recommend some applications to you guys:

1. Free alarm clock

This application integrates the alarm clock with your PC or laptop raise your computer from slumber and play your favourite songs at the time of your choice everyday without fail. I particularly loved it's ability to turn on laptop from sleep. Everyday I am waken with the songs of my choice.
I have to admit that this is not the fanciest alarm application out there and it might be to simple for some people. However, it is enough for me.


2. Magic plan


Anyone who want to design your dream house can use this simple application on your beloved Ipad or Iphone. It has an easy interface where you can adjust the floor plan with realistic size and detailed information from the wall thickness, adding furniture to the pictures of interior design. Once you get a hang out of it, you will loved it.
