I got the mould actually when mom ta-pau-ed some dinner from Crystal Jade and the big pudding comes from the rice plastic bowl I found really nice and pretty..
The small one comes about because of a used-jelly-plastic container I once ate and cleaned.
So far the texture is alright, feels decent, smooth and all.. but on the tongue is a bit curdy (still) to my taste. My perfect Japanese egg pudding would have to be the Puchin-Purin for their manufactured-but-smooth-jellylike pudding texture.

As for taste-wise, really similar and close to this Puchin-Purin brand. I love how the pudding is not so sweet but the thick caramel sauce made up for the sweetness as well as a hint of coffee/bitter taste of burnt caramel in it. Really nice. In comparison, the Puchin-Purin brand is allll so sweeet. Pudding is sweeter but caramel less sweet (it's perfect in my eyes haha)
My mom tasted it and she liked it, dad tried and his comment: "ini apa nih yg manis2? Mestinya pake gula jawa ya lebih enak ntar lain kali kamu bikin, papi bikinin sos yg dari gula jawa aja ya?" ^_^;;
