It's called a magnetic nail polish.. I bought them at Watsons for SG$20.. in sg standard it's not too bad coz an express manicure is already sgd15 and a full one would be abt sgd 25-35 so getting one full bottle to me is already qte worth it..
So this is what the bottle looks like...
cap is attached to the bottle |
and then applying the second coat, quickly hover the magnet provided at the cap (refer to the first pic) and coz it has like a bit of dent, it supposed to help you position the magnet without letting it touch the still-wet polish.. so if you do it right, for abt 10-15 seconds, the colours will 'magically' be lifted up (I suppose there's metal ingredients in the nail polish to let it react to the magnet). So here's the before and after:
There's other colours like burgundy, deep green, brown.. but I think I prefer Silver.. then again, now that I look at it, my fingers look scary hahah..
And this marks the end of my second post! Not a very creative DIY post (well it sorta is..) but just wanna share with you guys what I've been up to besides travelling..
Speaking of which.. remember the cute matcha roll cake eyeglass case that I got from Japan? In the recent trip to Malaysia, I lost it :( moouuu.. just when I showed Silvi summore.. TT___TT If anyone is going to Japan, I would loooove to ask if they can get me the same case.. the picture that I took from iPad is not so clear but its this one:
Next step what I'm gonna do is to learn how to capture a photo from a video footage.. coz I remembered I vid it too :'(
